Are InfiniteLite lighters refillable?
Yes. InfiniteLite lighters can be refilled with butane fuel.

Are InfiniteLite lighters shipped with butane fuel?
No. InfiniteLite lighters are shipped empty due to federal regulations and security measures.

How do I refuel my InfiniteLite lighter?
1. Hold the lighter upside down with the flexible neck pointing away from you. If you do not hold the lighter upside down while refilling, there will be air inside the butane tank.
2. Locate the fill valve.
3. Insert the nozzle of the butane can into the fill valve.
4. Do not press the ignition button when refilling.
5. Allow 3 minutes after fueling before igniting.

Are InfiniteLite lighters child-proof?
Yes. InfiniteLite lighters feature a patented US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) approved child resistant switch that guards your children's safety. 

How do I operate the child-proof mechanism on my InfiniteLite lighter?
Our ignition system is comprised of 3 parts: the lock, button, and slide switch. The switch releases the butane while the button provides spark. The lock prevents either from being engaged accidentally. After ignition the button can be released to allow flame without the continuous spark.

How can I make the flame smaller or larger on my InfiniteLite lighter?

There are 2 mechanisms to adjust the flame size: “Fine” and ”Coarse” adjustments. The InfiniteLite is preset with the “Fine” flame adjustment at factory base on (1) ambient temperature at 24 degree C (75 degree F), and (2) elevation at sea level. The “Fine” adjustment should be sufficient to accommodate usage in most areas. To decrease the flame, slide the flame adjustment selector to the left "-" and to increase the flame, slide the selector to the right "+".

However, in an extremely low temperature and high elevation area you may need to use the "Coarse” flame adjustment. The "Coarse" adjustment is seldom needed so please use caution. Here are the instructions to apply the "Coarse" flame adjustment:

To increase the flame:
1. Slide the flame adjustment selector to the far right "+".
2. Loosen the small screw in the selector.
3. Slide the lever to the far left "-".
4. Tighten the small screw in the selector.

To decrease the flame:
1. Slide the flame adjustment selector to the far left "-".
2. Loosen the small screw in the selector.
3. Slide the lever to the far right "+".
4. Tighten the small screw in the selector.

What kind of warranty does the InfiniteLite lighter come with?
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase online or from an authorized dealer. A six (6) month warranty applies to commercial/industrial customers. Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labor, provided that you are responsible for transportation charges. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion. 

This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without our prior written permission.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with my lighter?
If your InfiniteLite lighter does not perform to your satisfaction, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee minus S&H ($7.85). The lighter MUST be in new condition and include all original packaging and materials. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
